Introduction: Electrophysiology has experienced steady growth in recent years, both in diagnostic and therapeutic methods. This trend highlights the need for registries that can provide representative data on the therapeutic procedures performed in Argentina. The aim of this registry is to provide updated information on the current state of catheter ablation in centers across Argentina. In this edition, the three scientific societies—FAC, SAC, and SADEC—are all involved in the development of the registry. Methods: This is a retrospective registry of catheter ablation procedures performed between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023, in centers across Argentina. Data were collected through a standardized Google form that was sent via email and phone to participating centers. Results: A total of 894 ablation procedures performed in 19 centers across 8 regions of Argentina were analyzed. Unlike the previous registry and in line with current Latin American registries, the most frequent substrate was atrial fibrillation ablation. The overall success rate was 96%, and 97.65% of procedures were free of complications. Conclusion: A high and immediate overall success rate of over 96% was observed, comparable to international multicenter reports. An increase in the number of procedures was noted across all substrates in 2023 compared to 2020, with atrial fibrillation being the fastest-growing substrate. The systematic continuation of future registries is essential to evaluate outcomes and the direction of electrophysiology in centers across Argentina.
