Abstract

Left septal fascicular block is a recently described conduction disorder. This electrocardiographic patent manifests itself with occlusion of the anterior descending coronary artery. This disorder is infrequent and transient. We present a case of acute coronary syndrome with ST elevation tha showed left septal fascicular block that disappeared with revascularization of the anterior descending artery. This conduction disorder, of infrequent observation, should not go unnoticed in the cases with acute coronary syndrome.
